The Group Facilitation Masterclass is a live, 24-hour training course, delivered virtually, designed to strengthen participants’ ability to facilitate, manage, and inspire multidisciplinary teams during Value Engineering and project workshops. Through advanced facilitation techniques and simulations, participants develop advanced skills in collaborative decision-making, consensus building, and creative problem-solving.

This course is approved by SAVE International® and provides 24 Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward Value Methodology certification.
